Brady made me gluten-free pancakes with warm maple syrup. Elli and Daddy fixed an egg and a hot mocha cappuccino. I was also showered with sweet Mother's Day cards.

I sure missed Kaitlyn, who is studying abroad in Paris this semester. She sent me this picture from her trip that day to Claude Monet's garden in Giverny and said "I hope this counts as a Mother's Day card!! Love you mama." I texted her back, "It does, it does!!" <3
