We had fun at home on the 4th of July with a cookout, fireworks, and roasting marshmallows!
Elli picking some little grape tomatoes.
Shucking corn.
Kaitlyn's cool Snoopy chalkboard art.
We made 4th of July Firecracker Dogs! We put grilled hot dogs on a bamboo skewer and wrapped strips of crescent roll dough in a spiral around the hot dogs and baked them. Then we used a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out stars of cheese for the top.
They turned out cute!
We also cut out stars from slices of watermelon.Kaitlyn put together our patriotic berry and cake platter! We cut little squares of angel food cake and added strawberries and blueberries to make the American flag.
I took a pic of Brady's plate before he dug in... grilled hamburger, firecracker dogs, corn on the cob, blue corn tortillas, and blue punch.
And patriotic berries and cake with whipped topping later for dessert.
We did some fireworks after dark.
Having fun with sparklers!

Our little puppy, Marshmallow, even got to taste a little bite of marshmallow!
